1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 pound fresh pork sausage, casings removed
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons ketchup
Covering:
1/3 cup spicy ketchup
2 tablespoons mustard

Mix the egg, milk, and bread
Add the ground beef, pork sausage, salt, and onion
Add the ketchup
Mix lightly
Shape into an oval form on a baking sheet
Mix the covering ingredients and spread over the meat loaf
Bake in a moderate oven for about 45 minutes.
