1 cup of coconut milk
1/3 cup of olive oil
1 tablespoon of chopped cilantro
2 (teaspoons) of pepper sauce
1 teaspoon of salt
1 kg of raw or cooked oysters, without shells
4 well-chopped tomatoes
1 medium onion finely chopped
1 lime (juice or zest)
1 small green bell pepper finely chopped

Saute the onion and tomato in olive oil for 3 minutes
Add the green bell pepper, oysters, lime juice, salt, and cilantro; mix well
Stir in coconut milk and pepper sauce and cook for 15 minutes (if using cooked oysters); if using raw oysters, cook for 20 minutes
