Wash the eggs, removing their peels. Reserve
Remove the ink from the squid, pulling out the black sac on its back. Reserve
In a pan with water, do not cover, place the eggs, salt, and squid ink to darken them
Cook for 5 minutes and remove from heat, draining the water
Melt some oil and dissolve one sheet of gelatin in it; mix in the eggs
Let it cool, put it in a glass jar with a lid and store it in the refrigerator.
