lettuce leaves
8 black bread slices

Mix the cheese, mayonnaise, and pecans
Spread on 8 slices of bread
Place lettuce leaves on top of 4 slices
Cover with chicken breast pieces
Close with remaining slices
Assemble 4 sandwiches.
