Slice the onion into rings and arrange it in a circle on the edge of a round plate that can be taken to the microwave and table
Fold the two ends of the fish fillet towards the middle and place it over the onions with the ends facing down
Place the zucchinis in the center of the plate
Sprinkle with grated carrot
Cover or wrap with plastic wrap and cook in the microwave at high power for 4 to 6 minutes, or until the fish is cooked
Open the plastic wrap slightly and drain the liquid from the plate into a cup
Cover the fish again and reserve
Place the butter in a bowl and heat it in the microwave at high power for 1 minute, or until melted
Add the flour and mix well
Add the reserved cooking liquid, milk, salt, and black pepper to taste
Cook at high power for 1 minute more, or until slightly thickened
Remove the plastic wrap from the fish and pour the sauce over it
Garnish with chopped parsley
Serve in 4 portions.
