3 cans of cured meat
1 orange
1/2 cup of raisins
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
2 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 cup of orange juice
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
3 cans of cured meat
1 orange

Preheat the oven to medium temperature (180°F)
Cut the cured meat into 8 slices
Now cut the orange, including the peel, into 8 rounds and divide each round in half
Alternate the sliced cured meat with the orange rounds in a baking dish. Reserve
In a saucepan, combine the raisins with 1 cup of water, bring to a boil, then let it simmer
Mix together the cornstarch, sugar, orange juice, and lemon juice, and add them to the raisins
Cook until the mixture thickens
Place it on top of the cured meat and bake for 30 minutes
Serve 8 portions.
