Sear the ground beef in 2 tablespoons of fat, in a frying pan
Mix with rice, white sauce, seasonings, and egg
Let it cool
Form patties and coat with biscuit flour; fry the remaining fat until lightly browned
Cover and cook slowly for 10 minutes
Serve with tomato sauce
Cut into 6 portions.
