1 tablespoon of cornstarch
1/2 tablespoon of cornflour
1 package of yakissoba macaroni cooked according to the packaging instructions (400g)

In a large pan, melt the butter, fry the meat and chicken
Add the green onions, kale, carrots, bell peppers and cook for five minutes, stirring occasionally
In a bowl, mix together the water, soy sauce, sake, cornstarch and dissolve the cornflour
Add the mixture to the cooked ingredients and stir until thickened
Add the macaroni and mix everything gently
Serving immediately
