Hot water, to dissolve the chicken broth cube (1/2 cup)

1 Season the pork with garlic and salt
In a pressure cooker, heat oil and brown the pork
2 Alternate layers of potato, onion, cabbage, and green olive
3 Sprinkle pickle relish and add dissolved chicken broth cube to the hot water
Cover the cooker and cook for 10 minutes after the pressure starts building
4 Turn off the heat, let the pressure dissipate, and serve.
