In a deep oven dish, melt 1/2 cup of butter and the onion in a microwave on high for 5 minutes or until the onion is softened
Add the rice, half of the salt, and the water
Cover and bake in the same microwave on high for 14 minutes or until the rice is cooked. Reserve
In a medium-sized oven dish, season the fish with the remaining salt and lime juice
Add the remaining butter, cover, and microwave on high for 6 minutes or until the fish flakes apart when pierced with a fork
In a serving dish, arrange the rice and top with the flaked fish
Drizzle with 1/2 cup of the cooking liquid, sprinkle with toasted almonds or hazelnuts, and serve
