100 g of cooked ham, diced
2 spoons of olive oil
2 small red bell peppers, cut into 5mm cubes
1 small zucchini, cut into 5mm cubes
1/2 spoon of oregano or fresh thyme leaves
6 eggs
3 spoons of grated Parmesan cheese
3 spoons of melted butter
Salt to taste
100 g of cooked ham, diced

Cut the ham into small 5mm cubes
In a pan with olive oil, fry the ham cubes together with the bell peppers and zucchini
Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring
Season with salt and oregano
Preheat oven to 200°C (hot)
Distribute the ham mixture into 6 ramekins with a capacity of 1/2 cup
Break an egg over each ramekin and sprinkle with 1/2 spoon of grated Parmesan cheese and 1/2 spoon of melted butter
Place in a water bath, at the lowest part of the oven, with hot water
Bake for 10 minutes
Serve immediately
