Season the shrimp with salt and lemon juice, and set aside

In a medium saucepan, combine the contents of both rice packets
and add water
Mix well and bring to a simmer without covering
Stir occasionally for 10 minutes

Add the seasoned shrimp, mix well, and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until the rice is tender and creamy
Add the Parmesan cheese, butter, and mix well
Transfer to individual plates and sprinkle with chopped chorizo
Serve immediately.
