In a pot, melt the butter and add the flour
Add the beef or chicken broth (which you make with bouillon cubes)
Stir well
Lower the heat and add the small macaroni (for soup)
Let it simmer slowly for 15 minutes
Add the cheese and bring to a boil again
If desired, garnish with parsley
You'll have enough soup for 4 people.
