Filling
Heat the olive oil, sauté the onion, tomato, and sausage cut into cubes
Add the green olives and parsley
Remove from heat and let it cool
2 Roll out the dough, forming a rectangle
Place the slices of mozzarella cheese in the center, and on top, the linguiça filling
3 Cut the sides of the dough into strips
Fold the strips over the filling
Brush with the beaten egg and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes or until golden
