Roll out the pastry to about half a centimeter thick and shape into a rectangular 14 x 42 cm piece
Cut out 12 discs of 7cm diameter
Moisten the edges of each disc with a little water and place a spoonful of filling in the center, made by mixing the ingredients well
Close the discs by pressing gently all around, giving them the shape of pastries
Glaze with beaten egg and bake in a hot oven for 20 minutes, on a damp tray.
