1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (225 g)

4 tablespoons active dry yeast
salt to taste

1 1/2 cups fava beans (240 g)
1 1/2 cups finely chopped onion
1 1/2 cups finely chopped celery
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh red pepper
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups milk
1/3 cup melted butter or margarine

Mix together the flour, parsley, yeast, and salt
Add the oregano, fava beans, onion, celery, and red pepper
Mix well
Beat in the eggs, milk, and melted butter or margarine
Combine with the remaining ingredients and mix until just combined
Pour into a 25 cm round baking dish, refrigerated and greased
Bake in a preheated oven (200°C) for approximately 1 hour
Let it cool
When you're ready to serve, cut into slices, heat in the oven, and serve with butter.
