Cook the onion in butter until it's translucent
Add flour, salt, pepper, and nutmeg
Mix well
Gradually add milk, stirring constantly
Cook until thickened, stirring occasionally
Combine spinach and eggs
Place in a shallow baking dish coated with butter
Sprinkle cornflakes mixed with cheese, melted butter, and paprika evenly over the spinach
Bake in a moderate oven for about 20 minutes or until lightly golden
