Add the remaining ingredients and mix well
Distribute the mixture into ten equal portions, using 1/4 cup to form the croquettes
Shape them
Mix the cornflakes, paprika, and red pepper flakes
Dip the croquettes in this mixture
Arrange on a refrigerator-safe plate and microwave at high power for seven minutes or until the croquettes are firm and cooked through
Let it rest in the oven for an additional four minutes
Dipping sauce
Mix all ingredients in a bowl
