Remove the skin from the beef, wash and dry
Cut into strips
Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in a frying pan
Add the beef and fry for 1 minute
Add the onion and fry for another minute
Season with salt and black pepper to taste
Add the broth, mustard, and sour cream, mix well and let it warm up
Add the remaining butter and mix well
Serve three ways.
