Season the fillets with salt to taste and set aside
Melt the butter in a skillet and fry one fillet at a time, setting it aside once cooked
Repeat for all fillets
Set the reserved fillets aside
Dust the flour over the same skillet and cook for a few moments, stirring constantly
Add the mustard and Worcestershire sauce and cook for another minute or until fragrant, stirring continuously
Slowly add the beef broth, stirring constantly
Place the cooked fillets back in the skillet; add the ground green pepper and cook on low heat for 5 minutes
Serve immediately
