In a hot skillet, heat the olive oil

Add the garlic and cook for a few seconds

Add the fillet mignon and cook for five minutes or until slightly browned

Add the bean broth and green beans and simmer until they are tender

Add the soy sauce mixed with water and cornstarch

Mix and season with black pepper to taste
