2 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless, cut in half
1 clove of garlic, minced
1/4 cup of butter
3 tablespoons of chopped parsley
2 cups of panko breadcrumbs
Salt and black pepper to taste

Season the breasts
Sauté the garlic in butter over low heat until golden brown
Add the parsley and panko crumbs, stirring well until combined
Remove from heat
Coat the breasts with the crouton mixture and bake in a preheated oven (250°C) for 15 minutes or until golden brown
Serve immediately
If desired, serve with roasted green beans and bell peppers
