4 slices of badejo (800g)

Preheat the oven to 200°C (hot)
Cut eight rectangles of aluminum foil or parchment paper into 25cm x 30cm pieces and stack them two by two
Set aside
Season the bacon with salt, lemon juice, and black pepper and coat it in wheat flour
Maintaining the stacked sheets, prepare the packages, distribute the bacon between them, drizzle with butter, and sprinkle with almonds
Close the packages and arrange them on a baking sheet
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes
Serve immediately, one package per serving

Two ways to fold and cut the aluminum foil or parchment paper:
1) Fold the rectangle of paper in half and cut it into a crescent shape
Place the food on one half and fold the other half over it
Close the package by folding the edge and bake it
After baking, make a diagonal cut at the top of the package and open it up, pushing out the corners
2) Fold the square paper in two to form a triangle
Place the food on one half and fold the other half over it
Close the package by folding the edges and bake it
After baking, make a Y-shaped cut at the top of the package and open it up, pushing out the corners.
