1 cup mayonnaise
3 small ripe avocados

Zest the lime
Season the chicken breasts with the lime zest, salt, and black pepper
Cover and let it rest for 1 hour
Melt the butter or margarine and fry the chicken breasts for 5 minutes each
Mix the parsley, green onion, and mayonnaise
Cut the avocados in half and pit them
Slice into 1cm thick pieces
Arrange on a platter
Drizzle with lime juice
Chill the cooked chicken breast in slices and arrange over the avocados
Cover with mayonnaise
Serves 4 to 6 people.
