Preheat the oven to high temperature (200°C)
Foam a small ceramic dish with potato, onion, and 2 tablespoons of melted butter or margarine
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 15 minutes
Dip the fish fillets in the remaining melted butter or margarine
Dust with pancake flour, then arrange them on top of the potato
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
