1 can of sweetened condensed milk
200 ml of coconut milk
50 g of flaked coconut

Hydrate the gelatin with cold water and let it sit in a warm water bath, until dissolved
Transfer to a blender and add the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and coconut milk
Pour into a mold and refrigerate for at least 4 hours
Heat the flaked coconut in a skillet over low heat, stirring constantly
Remove from mold and sprinkle with toasted coconut flakes
Serve immediately
Garnish with additional toasted coconut flakes.
