Beat the egg white with the lime juice
Wash and clean the strawberries
Lay them out on a clean cloth and separate into quarters
Don't use the pulp (only use the caldo)
In a saucepan over low heat, combine sugar and dissolved gelatin with a little water
When the gelatin and sugar are dissolved, add the egg white
Let it cook slowly for 10 minutes, stirring constantly
Remove from heat
Add strawberry juice and liqueur
Pour into an oiled mold
