1 cup of rice

1 cup of coconut milk
4 sticks of cinnamon

1 cup of white wine

Cook the rice with milk, cinnamon sticks, and coconut milk until it's soft
If needed, add more hot milk
Add sugar and let it dissolve completely at low heat
Make the sauce: put all the ingredients in a pan and simmer at low heat until the mango is soft and forms a sauce
Serve the rice in individual bowls, sprinkled with cinnamon powder and drizzle with the mango sauce
The sweet rice can be served warm.
