In a saucepan, combine the sugar and water and let it boil for two minutes
Add the pineapple and let it simmer for three more minutes
Add the eggs, condensed milk, and grated coconut
On low heat, stirring constantly, cook until it comes away from the sides of the pan
Let it cool and serve pure or with cheese.
