Dough:
2 cups of all-purpose flour
4 tablespoons of unsalted butter, softened
1 cup of confectioners' sugar
1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
Cream:
300 ml of whole milk
1 cup of confectioners' sugar
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of cornstarch.
Topping:
1 box of strawberries
Gloss gel (optional)
Dough:

Combine the dough ingredients until a homogeneous mixture is obtained
Place the dough in a round mold, pierce it with a fork and bake until golden brown
In a pan, combine all cream ingredients except vanilla and cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring constantly
Add vanilla, let cool and spread the cream over the dough
Arrange sliced strawberries over the cream
Finally, brush with prepared gloss gel according to package instructions.
