Mix the carrots, oil, eggs, and sugar well in a blender
Pour into a bowl and gradually add the flour mixed with yeast
Mix well
Place the dough into a greased and floured 26 x 40 cm baking dish
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) preheated for about 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
Let cool and cut into squares
