In a stand mixer, beat the eggs well
Add the flour and beat for 5 minutes
Add the vanilla sugar and all-purpose flour, and mix to combine
Add the active dry yeast and melted butter, and mix well
Pour the batter into an 8-inch greased cake pan
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C), preheated, for 30 minutes or until, inserting a toothpick in the center, it comes out clean
Remove from the oven, let cool, and turn out
Drain the pears from the can and blend in a processor or blender until smooth
