Fry the onion in butter or margarine until golden brown
Add the spinach and cook for about 2 minutes
Remove from heat and blend in a blender or food processor
Let it cool
Beat the eggs and mix with the spinach cream
Add milk, nutmeg, salt, and pepper, and mix well
Pour into a round 20.5 cm diameter mold, 7.5 cm high
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
Let it rest and unmold on the serving plate
Serves 8-10 people.
