1/4 cup of olive oil (60 ml)
1 cup of fresh goat cheese, cut into pieces (170 g)
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 pre-made pizza dough disks, each 25 cm in diameter (280 g) or 1 basic dough recipe (see Basic Dough Recipe on this page)
2 cups of raccoon leaves cut into strips (180 g)
200g of dried tomato, cut in half

Preheat the oven to 400°F (hot)
Prepare the topping: in a processor, blend the olive oil with goat cheese and salt until a paste forms (approximately 1 minute)
Spread this paste over the pizza disks and top with raccoon leaves and dried tomato
Bake in the preheated oven until the crust is golden brown (about 15 minutes)
Serve immediately
