In a pan, bring water with the lime juice to a boil
Cut off the top of the okra and submerge it in the boiling water
Leave for 8 minutes, drain, cut into pieces, removing the other end
Clean the pepper and slice it
Put the okra, onion, and pepper in a salad bowl
Garnish with half-cooked quail eggs
Dressing
Mix all ingredients, except the cilantro, and pour over the salad
Sprinkle the cilantro and serve.
