In a blender, blend the milk, egg, butter, broccoli, okra, Parmesan cheese, and salt
Place the mixture in a pan, cook over low heat, and gradually add the flour
Do not stop stirring until the mixture detaches from the bottom of the pan
Let it cool and shape into fritters
Cook in plenty of water with salt
Drain and serve with Mornay sauce.
