6 large cabbage leaves
For the filling
2 cups of cooked ham, cut into cubes
1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
1 egg
1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
1 pinch of mustard seeds
For the topping
3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons of grated cheddar cheese
1 pinch of paprika
6 large cabbage leaves
For the filling

Remove excess stalk from each cabbage leaf
Place in a refrigerator and cover with plastic wrap (leave a small opening)
Microwave at high power for 1 to 3 minutes, or until the leaves are pliable. Reserve
Prepare the filling by mixing all ingredients together. Reserve
To assemble the rolls: divide the prepared filling among the 6 cabbage leaves
Cover the filling with the underside of each leaf
Fold in the sides and roll up
Secure with toothpicks and place in a 20cm square refrigerator
Cover and microwave for 4 to 6 minutes, or until the filling is firm
Top with the topping mixture and microwave for an additional 2 to 3 minutes, or until the cheese melts
Remove toothpicks and serve warm
Note: To remove cabbage leaves, microwave the whole head at high power for 10 to 13 minutes, or until the outer leaves separate
