In a large bowl, combine the wheat flour, eggs, 1 tablespoon of salt, and 1 cup of water
Bate with an electric mixer or wooden spoon until the dough becomes smooth and starts to form on the surface

Bring 2 liters of water to a boil in a 4-liter pot with 2 tablespoons of salt

Place 2 tablespoons of dough onto a slotted spoon, smoothing it out
Hold the slotted spoon over the boiling water, cutting off small pieces as they form and letting them fall into the water
Continue using 1/4 of the dough

Let it simmer slowly without covering, until the galuska becomes firm and rises to the surface of the water
Remove from the water and place in a strainer or colander
Rinse quickly with hot water; drain and put into a serving bowl
Maintain warm in a medium oven
If desired, form the galuska by placing half of the dough at a time into a macaroni strainer,
Hold the strainer over the boiling water and use a wooden spoon to squeeze out the dough through the holes
Fry, drain, and maintain warm as instructed in step #4.
