    This product is a result of coagulating soy milk, which has been acidified, then subjected to boiling and cooled afterwards. Combine the juice of 1 lime with 1 liter of soy milk. After it's been curdled, boil and strain in a small cheesecloth, shape it well, and store in the refrigerator until it acquires its unique cheese consistency. Remove it from the mold and store submerged in cold water, slightly salted.
