1/2 cup crystallized fruits
1/2 cup white raisins
1/2 cup black raisins
1 tablespoon active dry yeast
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
550g fresh ricotta cheese
4 eggs
1 can of sweetened condensed milk (395g)
Zest of 1 lemon

Combine all ingredients, except raisins, in a blender and reserve

Preheat oven to medium temperature
Transfer ricotta mixture to the baking dish and add raisins
Mix well and bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown
Serve.
