Preheat the oven to 350°F
In a blender, combine the bananas, eggs, and oil
Blend until smooth
In a separate bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients
Add the banana mixture and stir with a wooden spoon
Grease a cake pan with butter and dust with flour
Pour in the batter and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
Mix the cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle on top.
