Directions

Thaw and roll out the puff pastry according to the manufacturer's instructions

Using a pastry cutter, cut 10 squares or circles from the pastry

Place one strawberry slice and one cheese cube on each piece of pastry

Close the pastry and brush with the egg wash

Bake in a preheated oven at high temperature for approximately 20 minutes

Remove from the oven and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over the pastries

Serve warm.
