In a bowl, combine the peanuts, butter, sugar, cinnamon, milk, eggs, raisins, and cranberries
Caramelize a pudding mold and add the mixture
Cover with aluminum foil and tie to prevent water from entering
Place a cup and a half of water in a pressure cooker and add the pudding mold
Cover the pressure cooker and when it starts to pressurize, reduce the heat to low and let cook for 15 minutes
Let the pressure cooker release naturally, open it, let the pudding cool, and then unmold
Serve chilled.
