Place the milk and coconut in a saucepan
Let it rest for approximately 10 minutes
Heat over low heat and cook for 15 minutes. Reserve
Beat the eggs, butter, and oil in a mixer until smooth and creamy
Add the sugar and beat until well combined
Remove from the mixer and mix with the cooked coconut in the milk
Mix until homogeneous and add the flour gradually until a soft dough forms
If necessary, add more flour
Knead the dough for 5 minutes
Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into desired shapes
Arrange them in a baking dish lined with parchment paper and greased with butter
Bake in a medium oven until lightly browned
Remove from the oven when cool
If desired, dust with sugar mixed with cinnamon
