1 box of strawberry jell
1 cup of warm strawberry juice
2/3 cup of cold water
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
2 ripe bananas, sliced
1 pre-baked tart crust approximately 2 cm thick
1 box of strawberry jell
1 cup of warm strawberry juice

Dissolve the jell in the warm strawberry juice
Add the water and lemon juice
Cut the ice cream into six pieces and combine with the jell mixture, stirring until it melts
Refrigerate for about 45 minutes
Slice a banana into rounds and place on top of the cooled tart crust
Cover with a small amount of filling
Place the second banana slice on top
Cover with the remaining filling
Refrigerate for an additional 2 hours
