Preheat the oven to medium temperature
In a bowl, mix together the hazelnuts, sugars, and flour
Add the egg whites one by one
Mix well and finally add the melted butter at room temperature
Grease the baking cups with butter and then fill with the batter
Place them in a baking sheet, put in the oven at medium temperature and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown
Before serving, dust the cakes with a little confectioner's sugar.
