Beat the eggs and cornstarch in an electric mixer until smooth

Add the honey, butter, cinnamon, and flour gradually, beating well after each addition

Add the chopped pecans, yeast, and cold black cherry juice
Mix well

Pour the batter into a 24-cm-diameter greased and floured cake pan

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 35 minutes
Let cool and remove from pan.
