In a large bowl, sift together the wheat flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt
Add in the butter, cut into small pieces, and mix with an electric mixer until the mixture resembles fine crumbs
Transfer to a sealed container
Store in a cool, dry place, preferably in the refrigerator
Use within 10-12 weeks.
