Cook the rice according to your preference, until it's creamy
If necessary, drain the excess water
Add the cornstarch, sugar, orange juice, and grated orange zest
Simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the rice has absorbed all the liquid
This step takes about 10 minutes
Mix in the eggs with a little warm cooked rice
Add this mixture to the remaining rice and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly, without letting it boil
Let it cool down for 1 hour
Mix in the vanilla extract well
Pour into a 1-liter mold, and refrigerate until firm
