Pudding
4 large grapes
1 package of strawberry gelatin
1 envelope of unflavored and unsweetened gelatin
1 and 1/2 cups (heaping) of water
1 can of sweetened condensed milk

Pulp from 2 large passionfruits
1/2 cup (heaping) of sugar

Pulp from 2 large passionfruits

Blend the grapes without skins in a blender
Strain and reserve
Mix together the strawberry gelatin and unflavored gelatin, dissolving them in hot water
Add the sweetened condensed milk and mix well
Add the blended grapes and mix delicately until you get a homogeneous mixture
Pour into a wet mold and refrigerate for approximately four hours
Transfer to the refrigerator and reserve
Syrup
In a saucepan, combine the passionfruit pulp with sugar and bring to a boil
Remove from heat
Unmold the pudding onto a serving plate
Drizzle with cold passionfruit syrup and refrigerate
Serve chilled.
